Tea Reviews:
Tazo - Earl Grey

Tazo was my first experience with this classic flavor.  I'm a little surprised that it took me so long to try it.  I love tea, and I've watched enough Star Trek TNG to be very familiar with it.  But it took a sample from my local Starbucks to get me started.

This is one tea that I can drink either black, or with milk.  And I do make it a bit differently, depending on how I intend to drink it.

I enjoyed this tea.  When made with my standard two tea bags, there's a really strong bergamot flavor which, to me, is rather bitter.  So, if I'm going to drink it black, I only use one tea bag.  This gives me a nice cup of black tea, with the bergamot flavor being more subtle, and in the background.  It's rather nice.  If I want to add milk, though, I'll either add a second tea bag, or steep longer, to make it stronger.  I still like the Twinings' Earl Grey the best, but this is a nice alternative.

In short:  Fairly nice Earl Grey; not my favorite, but still pretty good.
